Popularly known as the Insight Guru and Brand Doctor amongst his peers and clients for his ability to make them see the unseen, Pavan practices the fine art of integrated marketing communication. With a rich experience of 35 years in client management, research, account planning, creative, public relations, personal branding and corporate training, he specializes in discovering insights in the world of brands, creativity and business.

As a profession, he helps corporates put their brands on track by identifying and working on various brand dimensions. He has engineered over 75 brands by masterminding brands in terms of Brand Positioning, enhancing Brand Properties, and strategizing and executing Brand Identities and communication campaigns. Pavan has scripted and executed over 70 TV commercials on air.

He has trained over 200 brand managers and advertising professionals in applying key brand facets to their businesses and brands. Participants include senior marketing professionals from organizations such as Toyota, Titan, Nokia, Lowe Lintas, UB Group, TVS, Deutsche Bank, TTK Prestige, Randstad, Total Gas, Indus League, Dalmia Cements, and Fortis Hospitals among others.

Pavan has been instrumental in building brand-comm since its inception and was the principal brand consultant heading strategy and creative.

  • Took up the role of an Account Planner in 1992 at Mudra Communications, Bangalore and worked on national brands such as BPL, HMT Watches, Van Heusen, Deepam Silks, Nutrine Confectioneries, Wilman Shaving Systems & Toiletries, TI Cycles and Weekender Kids.
